Doretha or as we like to say "Retha" working at 200 Public Square.
When Doretha isn’t making people smile at Bloom Bakery or indulging in our Death by Chocolate Cake, she’s spending time with her family and anxiously awaiting the start of the Cavs’ season. Doretha loves when customers get to experience Bloom’s food and atmosphere. We learned more about Doretha in between her smiles and customer connections.
